Cut-punch-bending machine

For this customer in the mechanical engineering industry we have developed a machine that produces brackets for hanging cable trays. This machine can produce brackets from different types of materials. In addition, it can be used for multiple applications. For both bending material and punching.

Because no solution existed for this specific application, a design team consisting of Engin, Aldonk and Barth Industrial Automation was put together for this project. Together they designed and developed a completely new machine. The advantage for the customer of this machine is that they are no longer dependent on external suppliers, and can run their own production at a lower cost.
