Barth Industrial Solutions designed and created a nesting machine for a manufacturer of warehouse profiles. The machine has been designed in close consultation with the end user and can receive, join (nest) and check different heights and lengths of roll-formed profiles. The machine offers these combined profiles to a welding robot.
The mechanical part was produced and assembled by Aldonk. The control (hardware engineering, cabinet construction, cabling, software engineering) and commissioning was provided by Barth Industrial Solutions.
