Production of inflatable pipe plugs

For a manufacturer of inflatable pipe plugs, Barth Industrial Solutions has designed and realized a machine for the strengthening process of latex balloons that are used for closing industrial pipe systems.

The machine winds a wire around the balloon in a specific manner so that it can be pressurized without failure. The machine has been designed entirely according to the customer’s wishes, which means, among other things, that new wrapping recipes can be added as needed, the table can be ergonomically adjusted in height and instruments can be stored.​
