Safety of a saw-milling machine​

Barth Industrial Solutions carried out a safety upgrade for a manufacturer of concrete pipes.​

A Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RIE) has been carried out on the machine to determine the likelihood and impact of the risks. Based on this, fencing with safety sensors has been placed all around the machine. The Ø1200mm saw has also been equipped with standstill monitoring. ​
