Automation sampling process​

We automated the sewage sampling process for a customer who focuses on health and the environment. This includes the management of the tube stock, tube handling such as uncapping and (re)filling. Using robots, we automated pipetting, filling the DeepWell plates and replacing the caps.​

This made many manual actions redundant, allowing the analysts to focus on their core plurality.

Our industrial approach was one of the critical success factors in the design and realization of this laboratory automation project.
