Automation drying and weighing process of surface water samples

We automated the process of drying and weighing surface water samples for a customer who focuses on research into soil water quality. This includes the automatic opening and closing of 3 annealing ovens and 4 ovens and the automatic insertion and removal of the sample trays. By automatically weighing the samples and collecting the data, manual actions become redundant.​

Our solution increases capacity, continuous data acquisition and repeatable accuracy.
